I have compiled a list of trinket slot gear pieces Ret Paladins can acquire, and will continue to build upon this list as we further ourselves into the Cataclysm expansion. I have listed the trinkets into a Best in Slot format, with the best pieces listed at the top.
• Trinkets: This is different per each spec but i usually found the AoE dmg trinkets from dragon soul are usually the best, than a trinket from either SoO or HFC. Blade master is insanely good, PoF is also really good if your class can utilize it, not sure how good drinking horn is.

Also, this list assumes zero hit rating and zero expertise, to give these two stats their max benefit. Obviously, if you are capped at either stat, then that changes the gear priority, so jump down the list to the appropriate stat priority combinations.
